Can you bring your children?

No.  While we love children and our immediate family's children will be part of our special day, we ask that other children be kept at home so that their parents can also enjoy a night away.  This is also due to the limitation on the number of folks our venue can safely support!

Can you bring a plus one?

No, because the limitation on space (unless your invitation explicitly says so).

Any dress code?

Business Casual Attire – but keep in mind it could be a little chilly in October on the water.  I mean for God’s sakes it’s a wedding, the Pandemic is over, put on something nice for once and don’t go out looking like a slob.

Where can you park?

Plenty of free parking on site.

Are there Cabins or places to stay available?

Yes, there are 14 cabins available to rent on site.  Currently all cabins are blocked off for the week/weekend of the wedding - the venue does this for us. There are 1-2 cabins still available, so if you would like to join the fun and stay onsite, give us a call or email (207-295-6873, ksbizier@gmail.com).  You need specific instructions to rent a cabin, which you can only get from us!  We've also linked more local information on where to stay on this site.

Is there a shuttle or any transportation provided?

N/A – Not needed as both ceremony and reception happen on site.

Can you take photos and video during the ceremony?

No, unless you've been specifically asked by the bride and groom.  We have an amazing photographer lined up, and one or two key people who have been instrumental in helping plan and organize the wedding that have been asked to take some video.  Otherwise, we kindly request no devices - please take a break from your screens and devices and enjoy this moment!

What food will be served and how do you share dietary needs?

There will be three main course options accompanied by seasonal sides:

Herb Roasted Chicken

Maple Glazed Salmon

Butternut Squash Ravioli

Cocktail Hour will include a selection of appetizers.  Dessert will consist of a selection seasonal baked goodies and a s'mores station outside at the fire pit.

If you have any dietary concerns please reach out to Katy.

What time does the reception end?

10pm....ish.

What’s the backup plan if it rains?

The ceremony will be moved indoors inside the Lodge building.

Who should you contact if you still have questions?

Katy is the best person to contact.  Not only is she highly educated with two masters degrees, but she also holds a green belt in LEAN/Six Sigma project management techniques and is highly organized.

Len would be a less optimal option as he cannot even remember to zip his pant’s fly on most days.
