Can you bring your children?
No. While we love children and our immediate family's children will be part of our special day, we ask that other children be kept at home so that their parents can also enjoy a night away.
Can you bring a plus one?
No, because the limitation on space (unless your invitation explicitly says so).
When is the RSVP deadline?
August 16th.
How should you RSVP – online or by card?
Either or….if we have a working website, by online. Otherwise give Katy (preferred) or Len (not-preferred) a call.

Where is the ceremony?
At Bald Mountain Camps in Rangeley, Maine. The Ceremony will be outside on the shore of beautiful Mooselookmeguntic Lake.

Where is the reception?
The reception will also be at Bald Mountain Camps in their Lodge Dining Room.

What time should you arrive?
Before the ceremony starts, that should be obvious!
Any dress code?
Business Casual Attire – but keep in mind it could be a little chilly in October on the water. I mean for God’s sakes it’s a wedding, the Pandemic is over, put on something nice for once and don’t go out looking like a slob.
Where can you park?
Plenty of free parking on site.
Are there Cabins or places to stay available?
Yes, there are 14 cabins available to rent on site.
Currently all cabins are blocked off for the weekend as we are giving preference to close family and wedding parties but will update this shortly as we know more.
Is there a shuttle or any transportation provided?
N/A – Not needed as both ceremony and reception happen on site.
Can you take photos during the ceremony?
No, unless you've been specifically asked by the bride and groom. Please take a break from your screens and devices and enjoy this moment.
What food will be served and how do you share dietary needs?
There is a specific menu in place and for any special dietary needs please communicate with Katy.
What time does the reception end?
10pm....ish.
What’s the backup plan if it rains?
The ceremony will be moved indoors inside the Lodge building.
Who should you contact if you still have questions?
Katy is the best person to contact. Not only is she highly educated with two masters degrees, but she also holds a green belt in LEAN/Six Sigma project management techniques and is highly organized.
Len would be a less optimal option as he cannot even remember to zip his pant’s fly on most days.
